We are not a franchise where the owners are given a two-week course on "stone restoration" then cut loose on your floor.

Eurotech Marble Restoration/Maintenance Programs

The Eurotech Marble restoration and maintenance systems are unique to the industry for several reasons- most importantly, Quality.

Restoration

Our restoration grinding process is done in basically the standard way, using diamond pads to a high hone, then polishing.

The Eurotech Marble difference is in that we provide treatment along the way throughout the restoration process that dramatically increases the life of the finish.

Step 1

After the floor is cut and flattened using the most aggressive diamonds. when the stone is "opened up" and the pores are exposed, we apply an interior hardening chemical.

Step 2

Then the floor is honed clean of any scratches and another treatment is done hardening the surface of the stone. before the polish when the stone is still absorbent.

Step 3

This treatment adds calcium to the surface of the darkened floor, supplying an external source of calcium prevents the depletion of the stones natural supply, which is the reason some varieties of stone react in a diminishing response to the polishing process. Adding calcium allows you to bring some stones up to a higher polish by tightening their mineral composition.

Step 4

Polishing, commonly known and marketed as "re-crystallization", although there is no such thing as marble re-crystallization, this polishing method is the magnesium/Zinc fluorosilicate method commonly used "solo" by other companies as their polishing/maintenance fluid.

The end result of this complete process is by far the most durable floor with the clearest finish you have ever seen
guaranteed.

Maintenance

Our maintenance program is custom designed to meet the needs of the stone being polished. We use four different polishing fluids all formulated to be used on different types of marble as needed.

If we take over maintenance of a floor, we can incorporate steps 3 and 4 of the restoration treatments to add durability and appearance. We also add another sealer to the marble surface which increased slip resistance and reflectivity while allowing the marble to breath (this is not a coating).
